Our Journey

Began operations as a small business unit within a law office, with Citibank Philippines as its primary client.
SEC Registration: Sole Proprietorship
After a year of operating in the local market, the partners decided to operate separately as a distinct business entity, leading to the formation of Genesis Credit Collection Specialist Co.
SEC Registration: Corporation
To adapt to the changing trade landscape, the partners decided to register the organization as a corporation, resulting in the formation of GCCS & Associates Corporation.
Inauguration of the Laguna Branch, formerly Citibank ECA, recognized as the first provincial branch.
Accredited with Banco De Oro
Accredited with Metrobank for card recovery services in Manila and Luzon.
Accredited with PAGIBIG as a collection agency.
Branch openings in Lucena, Batangas, Tuguegarao, and Pagadian.
Balanga, Bataan and Zamboanga branches have opened.
Celebrated 15 years of success in May.
Accredited to serve Security Bank, AVON, and BDO Homeloan.
Butuan City and Malolos City branches have opened.
